Japanese singer-songwriter Fujii Kaze this week reached the milestone of 600 million accumulated reproductions with the song “Kirari”. The feat was recorded in the weekly streaming ranking of Oricon, released on November 26, 2025. The track, released in May 2021, became the artist’s first work to reach this level.
In the reference week, between November 17th and 23rd, “Kirari” registered 1.939 million reproductions. The accumulated total reached exactly 600,404,730 streams. The song remains present on Top’s Top 100 more than four years after its release.
Origin of the track that won the Japão
“Kirari” was composed especially for the Honda VEZEL e:HEV advertising campaign. The partnership with the automaker marked the first time that Fujii Kaze created a commercially commissioned song. The digital single was released on May 3, 2021 via Universal Music Japan.

The success of “Kirari” accompanied the rapid rise of Fujii Kaze in the Japanese market. Nascido in 1997 in the province of Okayama, the musician rose to prominence in 2020 with his debut album “HELP”.
