Renewed design
The Galaxy S26 features more rounded edges compared to the S25. The standard and Plus models adopt a vertical camera island with three lenses. The Ultra follows a similar layout, but with adjustments for greater ergonomics.
Thickness reduces across all variants, with the standard coming in at around 6.9mm. Telas use M14 LTPO material for greater brightness and energy efficiency. The construction maintains IP68 resistance and premium materials.
Processors and performance
The Samsung adopts a mixed chipset strategy in the S26 line. The Exynos 2600, manufactured in a 2 nm process, equips standard and Plus models in regions such as Europa and Ásia. Ele offers gains of up to 39% in CPU and 113% in AI tasks compared to the previous generation.
Ultra uses Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in all markets. Initial Benchmarks shows balance between versions. RAM starts at 12 GB, with options up to 16 GB on the Ultra.
- Exynos 2600 improves thermal efficiency with new packaging technology.
- Snapdragon maintains multi-core advantage in some tests.
- Both support UFS 4.1 storage for faster access.

Cameras with refinements
