The Excellence configuration has two engines that add up to 442 hp and 56.9 kgfm of torque. Acceleration drops to 3.9 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h, with a range of around 470 km. The five-link multilink rear suspension has been recalibrated to handle the extra power.
Advances in charging and efficiency
The 800-volt electrical architecture allows fast charging of up to 220 kW at direct current. The time to recover from 10% to 80% of the battery is around 25 minutes. Essa speed represents double the capacity of the previous model.
The Byd also optimized energy consumption with new thermal management algorithms. The system maintains the ideal battery temperature in different weather conditions. Esses gains directly contribute to increasing real autonomy.

The trunk increased to 490 liters, with an additional 101 liters in the front compartment for cables. With the seats folded down, the volume reaches 1,390 liters. Towing capacity has risen to 1,500 kg, useful for light trailers.
Standard and safety equipment
All versions include a 360-degree camera, parking sensors and full-LED headlights. Heated front seats and wireless smartphone charging are also standard. The Excellence version adds a head-up display and heating for the rear seats.
The driver assistance package comprises automatic emergency braking, lane keeping and adaptive cruise control. The reinforced structure with integrated battery increases safety levels in collisions. The model has not yet undergone Euro NCAP testing in the new configuration.
