CD Projekt Red announced the launch of Cyberpunk 2077: Chrome Rush, a new combat racing title developed in partnership with UNISGames. The game recreates the franchise’s iconic settings, such as the Badlands and the districts of Night City, in an experience designed exclusively for arcade machines. Players sit in cabins that simulate moving plastic motorcycles, where riding is combined with actions to avoid rivals and face dynamic obstacles in the environment.
The announcement took place during Amusement Expo International in Las Vegas, between March 16 and 19, 2026, and reinforces the continued expansion of the Cyberpunk 2077 universe following the recent announcement of the Chrome Rush lets you choose between seven characters, including male and female versions of V, as well as eight futuristic motorcycles. The races take place on four maps inspired by the original game, with the possibility of ranged or melee attacks against opponents.
Chrome Rush gameplay details
Participants speed along neonized tracks while avoiding parts of the scenery from falling on their bikes. Combat integrates gunfights and melee attacks directly into piloting, creating a mix of speed and intense action.
The arcade cabin features a large 65-inch 4K screen and a motion base that replicates the sensation of driving a real motorcycle. Essa configuration transforms the experience into something immersive, aimed at those who frequent arcades.
