Anthropic updates Claude Code for desktop with multiple instances and new sidebar

Claude Code for desktop has undergone a complete restructuring. The update allows you to run multiple instances of the wizard at the same time within a single window. The change comes along with the introduction of routines that work in the cloud and new task management features.

Anthropic announced the app redesign last week. Usuários can now run parallel sessions without switching between tabs or external programs. Processing speed has increased significantly according to initial reports from those who tested the version.

Rotinas turns Claude Code into a cloud assistant

Outra important functionality is the launch of routines. Elas work as automated tasks that run even when the laptop is closed. Triggers can be based on time, API calls, or GitHub events.
