The deal occurred more than a decade after Willis flipped the property for less than half its current value.
The residence was built in 1928 and has undergone renovations over the last 12 years. Registros shows that businessman Carlos Alberini, current CEO of Guess and former co-CEO of Restoration Hardware, purchased Willis’s house for 16.5 million dollars in 2014.
