Xbox Game Pass receives second wave of games in April with Kiln and Aferion

Microsoft announced this Monday the second wave of titles that will arrive at Xbox Game Pass in April 2026. Dez new games will be added to the catalog by the beginning of May, with some simultaneous launches to the service on the opening day. Little Rocket Lab and Sauper arrive next week

Little Rocket Lab will debut on April 21st on cloud, console and PC, integrating the catalog of Game Pass Premium, Ultimate and Game Pass PC. In the game, the player takes on the role of an engineer in a space agency who needs to build family rockets. Core mechanics involve physics and local problem solving, offering progressive engineering challenges.

Sauper, also released on April 21, will be available on cloud, console, handheld and PC. The narrative follows a jaguar who falls into a magical world after ingesting an enchanted fruit. The plot explores emotional themes as the character seeks to return home, facing situations that require supernatural inspiration to move forward.

Vampire Crawlers and Kiln bring innovative action mechanics

Vampire Crawlers: Turbo Wildcard will launch on April 21st on cloud, Xbox Series X|S, handheld and PC. The game has been available to Ultimate and Game Pass PC subscribers since its launch. The creators of Vampire Survivors reimagined the formula with a turn-based card system, transforming the experience into deck-building strategy.

The proposal combines handcrafted pottery with the destruction of pieces in multiplayer combat, offering a unique approach to the action genre.

Aferion brings real science to space adventure

Aferion will arrive on April 28th, developed in partnership with Agência Espacial Europeia. The title will be available from launch on cloud, Xbox Series X|S, handheld and PC through Ultimate and PC Game Pass. The narrative follows an astronaut who crash-lands on an alien planet and must navigate hostile, dynamic terrain to survive. The plot is based on real scientific concepts, offering an educational experience within a science fiction context.

The game allows third-person control and offers cooperation options between two players during the campaign, expanding the possibilities for exploring the alien world.

Trepang2 and other titles close the second wave

Trepang2 will be added on April 29th. Este first-person shooter offers fast-paced combat against futuristic enemies, with fluid movement mechanics and intense action. Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era arrives on April 30th only for PC, bringing a preview version of the game. The turn-based strategy franchise allows you to build armies in solo or multiplayer campaigns, with the possibility of customizing heroes.

Sledding Game, also in preview, offers multiplayer snow sports with customizable avatars in varied environments. TerraTech Legion, released on April 30, focuses on vehicle combat against hostile AI, enabling customizable machine construction through a block system. Final Fantasy V closes the wave on May 5th on cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC, chronicling the journey of four young people in search of sacred crystals to save the world.

Dez titles are out of print at the end of April

Microsoft confirmed the removal of ten games by the end of the month. Entre the titles that will leave the service are Citizen Sleeper, Creatures of Ava, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Goat Simulator and its remastered version, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and NHL 24 via EA Play. Subscribers who wish to maintain access to these titles must complete their progress or purchase copies before the deadline.
