Samsung is preparing to launch its first smart glasses in 2026. The Jinju model, developed in partnership with Google, does not have an integrated screen and functions as a lightweight accessory for daily use. The company collaborates with eyewear brands such as Warby Parker and Gentle Monster to enhance design and end-user experience.

The device runs the Android XR platform and integrates the Gemini as an artificial intelligence assistant. Conectado to the smartphone for processing, enables tasks such as real-time translation, object identification and navigation by Google Maps. The move consolidates Samsung’s strategy in the wearables segment after the launch of the Galaxy XR.
