BMW Motorrad globally presented the BMW M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT, an exclusive model for collectors and motorcycle enthusiasts. Baseada in the M Competition variant and configured exclusively for the circuit, without a passenger seat or pedals, the special series will be limited to just 115 units worldwide.

Celebração 115 years of the legendary street race

The number honors Tourist Trophy’s 115th anniversary in Mountain Course in 2026. The special series recalls BMW’s deep history with Man’s iconic Ilha race, which began with Georg Meier’s legendary victory in 1939 aboard the BMW RS 255 Kompressor. Décadas then, in 1976, Helmut Dähne and Hans-Otto Butenuth won the 1,000 cm³ Production class with an R 90 S.

In the modern era, strong drivers such as Michael Dunlop and Davey Todd maintained the German brand’s dominance in the race. The historic record was set in 2023 by Peter Hickman, who clocked 16 minutes and 36.115 seconds on the Mountain Course with a factory specification M 1000 RR, reaching an average speed of 219.4 km/h.

Potência and performance in numbers

Sob the fairings, the model maintains the 999 cm³ four-cylinder in-line engine with liquid cooling and BMW ShiftCam variable valve timing technology. The Motorsport division has revised internal components, including new pistons, modified combustion chambers and titanium connecting rods.

Maximum power reaches 212 hp at 14,500 rpm. Maximum torque is 11.5 kgfm delivered at 11,000 rpm. Para circuit use, BMW has optimized power delivery over a wide rev range, operating fully between 6,000 and 15,100 revolutions per minute.

Exclusive Visual and carbon fiber details

The big highlight is the imposing look with paintwork in British Racing Green Uni Matt. The fairing features graphics that map real sections of the street circuit: left-hand turns are represented on the left side of the bike, while right-hand turns are on the right side.

Aesthetic and functional refinements include:

  • Matte carbon fiber airbox Tampa with official TT logo and Mountain Course outline
  • Tanque aluminum with Satin Chrome finish and exclusive graphics
  • Assento on Alcantara black high grip
  • Numeração milled on the handlebar top stem with certificate of authenticity
  • Kit M Race Cover with black painted rear swingarm and “TT” lettering on the rear subframe
  • Box Acessórios: rear stand and custom workshop mat from M division (250 x 105 cm) with M and TT logos

Disponibilidade and prices

BMW has not yet confirmed the official prices of the new product or whether any of these exclusive units will arrive on the Brazilian market. As it is a model with extremely high collectible value focused strictly on track performance, availability should be extremely restricted to international markets with a greater tradition in motorcycle competitions.
