The retail action covers food items, children’s play goods, and household chemical supplies.

Officials identified contaminated lots of frozen Great Value Organic Triple Berry Blend in 10-ounce packages that carry the lot code 6040 01-6 alongside a sell-by date of Feb. 9, 2028, while also pulling Mistolin and Lestoil cleaners from store shelves and internet fulfillment centers.

Children toys removed from shelves and distribution

The safety recall also encompasses SHEIN spiral toys along with Rainbow Mystery Squishy Bun Toys distributed through the company’s network. No illnesses were reported. Federal and company monitors confirmed that zero injuries had emerged from any of the jurisdictions where the affected stock circulated.
