AMD CEO confirms chip advancement for next Xbox scheduled for launch in 2027

AMD CEO Lisa Su indicated that development of Microsoft’s upcoming Xbox console is progressing well to support a 2027 launch. The statement came during the company’s Q4 2025 earnings call. The console will feature a semi-custom chip developed in partnership between AMD and Microsoft.
