Fluminense announced this Tuesday the signing of striker Hulk. The 39-year-old player left Atlético-MG after an amicable termination and signed a contract with Tricolor until December 2027. The news cheers up the tricolor fans amid the crisis at Libertadores.
The experienced center forward will not be able to debut this Wednesday against Independiente Rivadavia. The Brazilian football transfer window is closed, and Hulk will only be available after Copa of Mundo, starting on July 20th.

Fluminense confirmed the deal with Hulk on Tuesday night. The striker will wear the number 7 shirt, the number he wore for years at Atlético-MG. Ele arrives without transfer costs and receives a salary estimated at R$2 million per month.
The Rio club sees the player as an added strength to fight for titles. Hulk cited in a statement the hunger for achievements with the new shirt. Ele should be introduced to the fans at Maracanã soon.

Hulk does not play today at Mendoza
The match against Independiente Rivadavia, valid for the fourth round of Grupo C of CONMEBOL Libertadores, takes place at 9:30 pm on Estádio Malvinas Argentinas. Hulk traveled with the group but remained on the bench without being able to enter the field.
