Rapper and producer Sean Combs, known as Diddy, faces yet another accusation of sexual abuse. This time, the complaint came from a former child actor who was a minor at the time of the events. The alleged incident occurred in 2007, during a party in the Hollywood Hills, according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ and released this Tuesday (9).
The author of the action, identified only as John Doe, claims that he was invited to the event with the promise of networking and career opportunities. Diddy would have offered to help him professionally and, at one point, called him for a private conversation.
In the bedroom, according to the report, the musician began rubbing his body against his and performed oral sex while masturbating. The victim says he showed discomfort, but the attacker continued. In the end, Diddy would have mentioned that he would consider the young man’s name for future work before letting him leave the place. The former actor left the party shortly afterwards.
Defense denial
Sean Combs’ representative, Juda Engelmayer, called the allegations false and ridiculous. According to him, this is yet another attempt to obtain a financial advantage, encouraged by lawyers specializing in damage claims. The defense emphasizes that Combs never sexually assaulted anyone, including children, and that the accusations will be contested.

Recent conviction context
Diddy has been in prison since September 2025. In July of that year, the jury acquitted him of the most serious charges of criminal association and sex trafficking. He was convicted of two crimes of transportation for the purpose of prostitution, which resulted in a sentence of 50 months in prison — approximately four years and two months. With time already served, he remains detained.
This new civil action adds to dozens of others that the musician has faced since the first complaints gained strength in 2023 and 2024. Many involve alleged excessive and exploitative parties, a pattern that reappears in several statements. The former child actor’s case gains attention because it involves a minor victim and because it occurs at a time when Diddy is already serving a sentence, which could influence negotiations or public perception about the history of accusations.
The case is being processed in civil court and does not yet have a date for an initial hearing. Cases like this are usually resolved through out-of-court settlements, especially when the victim seeks anonymity.
