Square Enix, renowned game developer, announced the launch of a new series of collectibles, “Dragon Quest Weapons Collection Vol. 1”, which will feature detailed 3D models of weapons and shields from the iconic franchise. This first batch is expected to hit the market on September 4, 2026, with pre-sales now available on the company’s official online store.

This set marks the debut of a line of figures that faithfully reproduce equipment found in the games, presented at an approximate 1/12 scale. The choice of 1/12 scale is particularly relevant for collectors, as it allows these weapons to be displayed together with other action figures in the same proportion, creating more immersive dioramas or compositions. Each piece will come with a unique display stand, offering versatility in how items can be presented.
