reev system technology
The Leapmotor C10 REEV uses a 1.5 gasoline engine with 96 hp only as a generator. This unit supplies the battery without directly driving the wheels. The rear electric drive moves the SUV in all conditions.
SAE classifies the model as a series hybrid. Two storage systems convert mechanical energy into electrical energy. Unlike plug-in hybrids, there is no combined drive.
The system allows for varied driving modes. Includes pure EV, hybrid and power for greater performance. Quick Recharge recovers 30% to 80% in 18 minutes.
Performance and consumption
The C10 REEV records consumption of 33.5 km/l in the city with a charged battery. On the road, it records 29.1 km/l. With a discharged battery, the average is 12 km/l.
The pure electric range reaches 111 km for the PBEV. 50-liter tank extends total range for long trips. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes about 8 seconds.
Initial tests show high efficiency. On mixed routes, the SUV achieved up to 71.5 km/l in favorable conditions.
Dimensions and internal space
The SUV measures 4.73 meters in length and has a wheelbase of 2.82 meters. Width reaches 1.91 meters and height 1.68 meters. Trunk offers 400 liters to 465 liters depending on the version.
Proportions position the model as a medium-large SUV. Comparable to the Caoa Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Hybrid. Internal space accommodates five occupants in comfort.
Equipment Pack
All versions include a single pack of items. Seven airbags with central bag between front seats. Seats in synthetic leather with electrical adjustments, heating and ventilation.
14.6-inch multimedia center connects to the internet natively. Leap Pilot brings together advanced driving assistants. Adaptive full LED headlights and 20-inch wheels complete the set.
Sales Network and ssupport
Leapmotor operates with 36 dealerships in 29 cities. Partnership with Stellantis guarantees integrated after-sales. Customers access free Zletric network and wallbox with installation bonus.
Four-year warranty for the vehicle. Battery covered for eight years. Fixed price servicing and Mopar parts available.
Market positioning
The C10 REEV competes with the GWM Haval H6 and BYD Song Plus. Aggressive prices challenge leaders in the hybrid segment. Chinese brand supported by Stellantis begins global expansion in Brazil.
Model combines electric driveability with refueling flexibility. Rear-wheel drive improves cornering stability. V2L function powers external devices with the vehicle’s battery.
The Leapmotor C10 REEV represents a pragmatic option for the energy transition. 100% electric drivability without infrastructure limitations. Extended autonomy eliminates charging anxiety when traveling.
