Thiago Schutz, influencer, is arrested in Salto for assault and attempted rape against his girlfriend

The victim also reported that he was thrown to the ground and scratched on his arms. The signs of defense were confirmed by the expert report.

Result of the expert examination

The IML report showed injuries compatible with violent action. Foram identified finger marks on the neck and bruises on the upper and lower limbs.

Version presented by the coach

Thiago Schutz denied having forced any sexual relations. In testimony, he stated that his girlfriend began the attacks by scratching his face.

Legal measures applied

Justiça granted provisional freedom to the coach this Saturday (29). Foram imposed protective measures provided for in Lei Maria of Penha.

Thiago Schutz faces another case for threats and psychological violence. The complaints were made by actress Lívia La Gatto and samba singer Bruna Volpi in 2023.

The action had been suspended for two years in November of that year. The condition was not to commit new crimes during the period.

The new complaint may reactivate the previous process. Justiça will also formally notify the victim about the protective measures granted.
