Santos dominance in the second half

Santos returned from the break with more intensity. Neymar appeared well between the lines and created the best chances.

The Juventude defense was unable to contain the quick attacks on the left side. Guilherme and Álvaro Barreal supported the attack well.

VAR was decisive in confirming the penalty in the 72nd minute. The review lasted around two minutes and maintained the initial marking.

Juventude attempts were unsuccessful

The team from Rio Grande do Sul tried to apply pressure in the opening minutes of the second half. Escanteios and lateral fouls led to danger, but without precision in finishing.

Luis Mandaca and Nenê risked shots from outside the area. Nenhum brought real danger to the goal defended by Gabriel Brazão.

The entry of Rafael Bilu in place of Nenê at 62 minutes sought more speed. Até the moment, the change did not have the expected effect.

Accumulated yellow cards

The game features strong marking on both sides. Rodrigo Sam, Igor Formiga and Marcos Paulo were carded by Juventude.

For Santos, Souza, Willian Arão and Igor Vinícius were also warned. Referee Wilton Pereira Sampaio maintains strict control.

Fouls interrupt the rhythm at important moments. Juventude tries to use set pieces to reduce the score.

Individual performance of Neymar

Neymar shows full movement after overcoming a medical scare in the 68th minute. The service was quick and he returned without limitations.

The attacker participates in almost all offensive plays. Além of the three goals, he made decisive passes and suffered constant fouls.

The Santos fans present at Alfredo Jaconi celebrate every move made by number 10. The hat-trick is his first since returning to the club.
