Para to secure one of the first units, interested parties must make a down payment of R$5,000 at one of the authorized dealerships. The forecast is that vehicles reserved by the end of March will be delivered to their owners at the end of the first quarter.
The arrival of the S06 PHEV reinforces the expansion of Grupo Chery, which seeks to diversify its portfolio and meet a growing demand for vehicles with more efficient and sustainable technologies. Além of the new SUV, Jetour has already confirmed the presentation of other models soon, including the T1 and T2 vehicles, which have a visual and technical proposal aimed at adventurous use, expanding the brand’s range of options.
Performance and powertrain of the hybrid set
The Jetour S06 PHEV is equipped with a propulsion system that combines a combustion engine and an electric engine to deliver robust and efficient performance. Combined power reaches 315 hp and torque reaches 52 kgfm, numbers that provide agility to the large sports utility vehicle. The thermal engine is a 1.5 turbo four-cylinder gasoline engine, which alone generates 135 hp, while the electric unit adds 203 hp to the system. Essa configuration, managed by a DHT-type transmission with multiple simulated gears, allows the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.8 seconds, according to official data from the manufacturer. The integration of the engines was designed to offer quick responses in both urban and highway environments, ensuring safe overtaking and dynamic driving.
Autonomy and energy efficiency
The 19.4 kWh battery that powers the electrical system gives the S06 PHEV a range of up to 70 kilometers in pure electric mode, ideal for daily journeys without polluting emissions. Essa capacity allows many users to carry out their daily journeys using only electricity, significantly reducing fuel costs.
The battery recharging process can be carried out in different ways. At fast charging stations (DC), the system supports up to 40 kW of power, while at alternating current (AC) points, power is limited to 6.6 kW. Quando the two engines work in an integrated manner, the recorded consumption reaches the mark of 36.2 km/l in urban cycle, in accordance with the standards of Programa Brasileiro and Etiquetagem Veicular (PBEV).
Generous dimensions and optimized internal space
The SUV’s design stands out for its imposing dimensions, with a total length of 4.61 meters and a wheelbase of 2.72 meters. Tais measures ensure ample internal space for occupants, providing comfort on long journeys and stability at high speeds.
Measuring 1.91 m wide and 1.69 m tall, the model conveys a striking presence on the streets. The trunk offers a capacity of 416 liters, a volume suitable for transporting a family’s luggage or for everyday needs.
Embedded technology and standard items in the versions
From entry-level configuration, the S06 PHEV comes equipped with a complete technology package, including wireless connectivity for major smartphone operating systems. The interior finish uses high-quality synthetic materials, seeking to offer a premium experience to occupants.
In the top-of-the-line version, the Premium, the central multimedia display is enlarged to 15.6 inches, and the front seats receive integrated heating and cooling systems. The technology package is complemented by front parking sensors and a camera system with a 540-degree view.
This innovative functionality allows you to visualize obstacles that are under the vehicle’s chassis, facilitating maneuvers in tight spaces and on uneven terrain, which increases safety and convenience for the driver.
Driver assistance and active safety
The advanced safety package, fully available in the Premium version, includes level 2 automation features.
The system also monitors blind spots and alerts the driver about possible frontal collisions or unintentional lane departures, and can intervene in the steering to correct the vehicle’s trajectory if necessary.
Extended warranty and customization options
Jetour offers different warranty conditions for the national market, establishing coverage of eight years or 160 thousand kilometers for the electrical package and battery. Para the other components of the vehicle, the warranty period is seven years or 150 thousand kilometers, demonstrating the brand’s confidence in the durability and quality of its products.
Parts infrastructure and manufacturing plans
To support operations in the country, the brand has already structured a distribution center in Cajamar, in the state of São Paulo. The location houses an initial stock of 90,000 spare parts to ensure agile and efficient service to future customers, minimizing waiting time for repairs.
The logistics for importing vehicles and components are carried out through the port of Vitória, at Espírito Santo. Essa strategic choice aims to ensure a constant flow of supplies to supply the dealership network that is in the implementation phase throughout the national territory.
The manufacturer is also carrying out advanced studies to start local production between the end of 2026 and the beginning of 2027. The nationalization of vehicles is seen as a fundamental step to reduce logistical costs and strengthen the brand’s competitiveness in the Brazilian market.
The goal of Jetour is ambitious, with the objective of reaching 100 service points by the end of the current year. Além In addition, the company plans to introduce six new vehicles to its catalog by the end of the established schedule, further diversifying its product offering.
Expansion of the service network
Until the end of February, the manufacturer will have four exhibition points in high-traffic locations, such as shopping malls, to present the new SUV to the public. In March, the network should increase to 60 authorized points, covering the main capitals and metropolitan regions to offer technical support and sales.
The brand’s global goal is to produce 600,000 vehicles annually outside of China by 2030, making the country one of the strategic assembly hubs. Negotiations for the installation of our own factory are advanced, with two locations in dispute to receive the Brazilian production line.
