AEON Financial Services and AEON Bank announced the redesign of the AEON Wallet application, which will be renamed AEON Esta change aims to unify the brand and optimize usability, focusing mainly on payment functions to offer a more fluid and secure experience to users.
Usability and built-in features
AEON Pay maintains previous features, but has been redesigned to prioritize fast payments. The payment screen will be displayed directly upon launching the app, allowing users to switch between “card payment” and “credit payment” easily.
Functions such as checking usage details, managing WAON points and accessing coupons will continue to be available, with the payment voice defaulting to “AEON Pay”.
Connectivity and future expansion
New is the ability to import information from physical WAON cards. Saldos and points can be transferred and used to recharge the AEON Pay, facilitating the transition.
The company plans to gradually expand support for credit card-integrated WAON cards and GG WAON cards, reinforcing Grupo AEON’s commitment to providing a convenient and secure financial experience.
