The singer of Rammstein Till Lindemann released the new single titled Es brennt last Thursday. The track arrived accompanied by an official music video that mixes images of live performances with behind-the-scenes footage from the current tour. The song marks another step in the artist’s solo career, who has been alternating independent releases since the end of last year.

The digital release took place immediately on streaming platforms. Já the physical versions on vinyl and CD are scheduled for May 29th by the record label Out Of Line. Formats include limited editions on smoke red vinyl, regular black vinyl, a 7-inch split and minimax CD.

Physical release details and extra content

The physical editions feature the main track Es brennt along with two alternative versions. One of them features the participation of Alex Terrible, lead singer of Slaughter To Prevail. The other involves Greg Mackintosh, from Paradise Lost.

Side B features the song Ich bin von Kopf bis Fuss auf Liebe eingestellt, a version of a classic composition by The cover and full track list have already been revealed alongside the single’s announcement.

Music video combines stage scenes and life on the road

The official video for Es brennt uses material recorded during the recent tour. The images show intense moments from the shows interspersed with more intimate records of everyday life on the road.

The result reinforces the provocative aesthetic that marks Till Lindemann’s solo work. The clip is available on the artist’s official YouTube channel and has already accumulated views since its debut.

Context of the artist’s recent releases

Till Lindemann had returned with the independent single Alles ändern sich…ich nicht at the end of last year, still during the tour. The new song maintains the pace of releases that the vocalist has been adopting outside of Rammstein.

The artist released the album Zunge in 2023 and released an expanded reissue in 2025 with bonus tracks and new material. The recent singles show continuity in the exploration of industrial sounds and direct lyrics.

Special edition celebrates Rammstein’s birthday

A limited edition of the magazine Sonic Seducer marks the 30th anniversary of the album Herzeleid, Rammstein’s debut. The material includes anecdotes, rare photos from the band’s early days and a comic satire on the topic.

The publication is available in packages that bring together the special edition with additional content about Rammstein and Eisbrecher or with the humorous comic. Copies are sold exclusively in the magazine’s online store in a limited edition.

2024 Live Edition also available

Another option for fans is the special edition Rammstein Live 2024, which features ten pages dedicated to Till Lindemann and the band. Content includes spectacular photos and a fold-out collage in XXL format.

This publication also has limited stock and can be purchased at the same online store. The commemorative materials appear in parallel with the vocalist’s solo releases.

  • Official music video available on Till Lindemann’s YouTube channel
