The Division: Resurgence debuted globally on mobile platforms, marking the first time the third-person shooter RPG franchise has arrived on iOS and Android devices. The game is available for free and offers a complete experience with campaign, competitive modes and extraction activities in an open world set in Nova York.
Players take on the role of a newly activated Agente from Divisão and immerse themselves in three pillars of gameplay: a campaign playable individually or cooperatively with up to three companions, PvP clashes in Conflito mode and the challenging Zona Cega mode, which mixes PvPvE with extraction mechanics.
Campanha between two worlds
The narrative of The Division: Resurgence takes place chronologically between the events of the first The Division and The Division 2. Players roam the streets of Nova York facing factions that exploit the chaos caused by Veneno Verde to take control.
The game features series veterans Raiders, Rikers and Cleaners alongside a new threat: Freemen. Esse hostile group uses powerful homemade weaponry and obsessively collects useful materials for its survival. The campaign begins with a tutorial that familiarizes players with touch controls, although it also supports Bluetooth controls for those who prefer that configuration.
Players can explore alone, form teams of up to three agents, or organically join other players in Nova York’s open world.
Sistema specialization and customization
The game offers five different specializations to adapt the style of each agent:
- Demolidor (focus on explosives and massive damage)
- Baluarte (defense and damage absorption)
- Médico of Campo (support and healing)
- Operador of Tecnologia (gadgets and tactical skills)
- Vanguarda (offensive versatility)
Cada specialization unlocks exclusive weapons and unique gadgets that amplify potential in combat. Progression works by looting and crafting equipment, allowing for custom modifications and improvements. Changing specializations can occur at any time during the game, facilitating tactical adaptation depending on the composition of the group.
Game and endgame Modos
Campaign Além, The Division: Resurgence offers competitive clashes in Conflito mode, where teams compete for control of maps in PvP matches. Zona Cega returns with its signature PvPvE extraction mechanic: players go solo or in teams to loot high-level gear while facing off against NPC enemies and human opponents.
Após Complete the campaign, endgame activities unlock new challenges. Desafio Lendário sends agents into a main mission on Suprema difficulty with random modifiers, while Desafio Lobo Solitário offers a series of training stages with increasing difficulty and progressive rewards.
The clan system allows players to cooperate by sharing resources, upgrading collective facilities, and unlocking exclusive group rewards. Ubisoft confirmed that additional content will be released after the game’s debut.
