OnePlus officially presented the Pad 4 at Índia this Monday, reinforcing its presence in the premium tablet segment. The new device integrates the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, a 13,380 mAh battery — the largest ever used in the brand’s tablets — and a 13.2-inch LCD screen with 3.4K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. At just 5.94mm thick, the Pad 4 is also the thinnest model in the OnePlus portfolio to date.
Preços and availability in the Indian market
The tablet goes on sale from May 5th through the official OnePlus website. The configuration with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage sells for 59,999 Indian rupees, equivalent to approximately 710 dollars. The top-of-the-line model, with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, costs Rs 64,999. OnePlus is offering a discount of Rs 5,000 for purchases in installments using HDFC Bank card, bringing the prices down to Rs 54,999 and Rs 59,999 respectively.

Desempenho and robust processing
The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 is the heart of the Pad 4, with the Qualcomm Oryon CPU operating at 4,608 GHz and the Adreno 840 GPU at 1,200 MHz. The tablet achieves an AnTuTu score of over 4.1 million, representing a 42% increase over the previous model. LPDDR5X memory of up to 12 GB and UFS 4.1 storage of up to 512 GB ensure fluidity in intensive multitasking and fast application loading.
Thermal management has been optimized for the ultra-slim chassis. OnePlus has implemented the Cryo-velocity system, a 45,260 mm² vapor chamber — 17% larger than the previous generation — capable of maintaining the surface temperature at 38.6 °C or lower during continuous gaming sessions in eSports mode.
High-quality Tela with extended autonomy
The 13.2-inch LCD panel offers 3.4K resolution with 3,392 x 2,400 pixels and a density of 315 ppi. The touch sampling rate reaches 540Hz, while maximum brightness reaches 1,000 nits with HBM technology. The 144Hz adaptive refresh rate automatically adjusts according to the content displayed, optimizing power consumption. The 7:5 aspect ratio was deliberately chosen to prioritize productivity and document viewing over the widescreen orientation common on Android tablets.
The 13,380 mAh battery promises up to 54 hours in standby mode, 20 hours of continuous video playback and 7 hours of gameplay on a single charge. The 80W SUPERVOOC charger comes with the product and significantly reduces recharging time.
Software, artificial intelligence and connectivity
The Pad 4 runs OxygenOS 16.0 with support for up to five simultaneous floating windows on the 12GB variant, while the 8GB version is limited to two windows. Esse feature enables robust workflow for users who perform intensive multitasking. The artificial intelligence suite includes:
- AI Writer for assisted writing.
- AI Summary for automatic text summarization.
- AI Translate for real-time translation.
- AI Painter for assisted imaging.
- AI Clear Call for cleaning audio in calls.
Interoperability between devices is robust. Pad 4 offers screen mirroring with OnePlus cases, clipboard sharing with OnePlus smartphones and Quick Share for fast file transfer with Android, iOS, Windows and Mac devices. The O+ Connect complements this integrated experience.
Acessórios and strategic positioning
Accessories are sold separately, but with promotional incentives for a limited time. The OnePlus Stylo Pro, valued at Rs 5,499, comes with the Pad 4 for free during the launch period. The pen has 16,000 levels of pressure sensitivity, two interchangeable tips and magnetic attachment to the chassis. The Smart Keyboard for Pad 4 offers 16.05mm key travel and a generous touchpad, although its price was not disclosed at the time of announcement.
The OnePlus Pad 4 represents a price increase over the Pad 3, which debuted at Rs 47,999 last year. The brand’s strategy focuses on robust processing, extended autonomy and screen quality as differentiators for professionals and content creators looking for alternatives to the iPad. At just 5.94 mm thick and 672 grams, the tablet is thinner than the stylus that accompanies it — a design highlight that reinforces the portability proposal. The configurations available at the Indian launch are restricted to Wi-Fi connectivity, with a possible cellular version at a later date, although OnePlus has not confirmed plans in this regard. The device arrives in two colors: Dune Glow and Sage Mist.
