Google introduced the Googlebook, a new category of notebook designed from the ground up to work with Gemini artificial intelligence. The device combines Android and Chrome OS functionalities into a single device, designed to offer personalized assistance and complete integration with Android smartphones.

Googlebook features Magic Pointer, a feature developed in partnership with the Google DeepMind team that transforms the traditional cursor into an intelligent tool. When pointing to elements on the screen, Gemini offers quick, contextual suggestions. A user can point to a date in an email to schedule a meeting or select two images to instantly view them side by side.
The notebook also includes the “Create your widget” function, which allows you to customize information panels with just natural language instructions. Gemini can search the internet or connect to Google applications such as Gmail and Agenda to build customized dashboards. The tool automatically organizes travel information, reservations and appointments in a single place.

Construído on top of the Android technology platform, Googlebook provides seamless synchronization between devices.
