Massive plasma Emissões was recorded in Sol over the weekend, confirmed this Monday by Laboratório of Astronomia Solar of Instituto of Pesquisa Espacial (IKI) and Instituto of Física Solar-Terrestrial (ISTP) of Academia Russa of Ciências. The events mark the resumption of solar activity after 2 to 3 weeks of relative calm, according to an official statement.
Coronagraphs monitoring the solar region have detected massive ejections of plasma into space. Most of the sources of these events are located on the far side of Sol, where groups of sunspots have not yet reached terrestrial visibility and lack catalog numbering. Group 4436, which moved to this region, unexpectedly resumed its activity after a period of inactivity.
Localização of eruptions eliminates immediate risks
Cientistas ruled out risks to Terra due to the geographic location of the ejections. Embora some large groups of sunspots have moved to the side of Sol facing our planet, these still do not show significant activity. The debris that has arrived so far has arrived devoid of energy.
The laboratory reaffirmed that there are no visible immediate threats. Most events occur in regions of Sol that do not have a favorable alignment to significantly affect the Earth’s magnetosphere.
Probabilidade of large eruptions remains controlled
The possibility of large solar flares occurring on the side facing Terra remains low. Cientistas estimate a probability of between 5 and 10% for the next observations, a figure considered reduced given the current state of solar activity.
Manchas visible solar panels have already reached the Earth’s side, but remain without explosive activity. Especialistas continues continuous monitoring to detect changes in the properties of these groups and possible increases in energy.
Restauração of solar activity under surveillance
The documented events indicate recovery of the solar cycle after a period of relative quiescence. Instituto of Pesquisa Espacial notes that the situation reflects the natural pattern of oscillation in solar activity throughout its 11-year cycle.
Coronógrafos continues to record data in real time. Specialized Instrumentos monitor the solar neighborhood, tracking new groups of spots and their energetic evolution.
Monitoramento of spots in transition
- Grupo 4436: resumed activity after moving to the hidden side
- Novos groups: without cataloging and still in the initial observation phase
- Manchas visible: already on the land side, but inactive at the moment
- Activation Potencial: Continuously evaluated by experts
- Risk Taxa: Maintained between 5% and 10% for large eruptions
Comunicado official of Russian institutions
Astronomia Solar’s Laboratório reaffirmed in his statement that monitoring remains constant. Pesquisadores of Academia Russa of Ciências follow each new event and its energetic evolution. Analyzes indicate that solar activity, although recovered, remains in a moderate risk range for terrestrial observations.
Cientistas emphasize that the current location of the most active spots offers natural geometric protection to the planet. Space Agências maintain observation and data analysis protocols for any changes in the recorded pattern.
