Linton Weirich, a former inmate of the HMP Wandsworth prison on the outskirts of Londres, stated in an interview that the episode filmed in a cell with Sousa Abreu’s Brazilian prison guard Linda in 2024 represents his “biggest regret in life”. The Brit stated that the viral video caused significant damage to his partner, who was pregnant at the time, and his family.
Weirich was serving a 4 and a half year sentence for robbery when he had a relationship with the prison guard. Segundo his report, Linda approached him after discovering that he had a smuggled cell phone in his cell and claimed to feel safe with it. The contact evolved into conversations on Snapchat that the Brit described as flirtatious.
Dinâmica of the relationship inside the cell
The relationship between Weirich and Linda progressed quickly. Ele revealed that before the episode recorded on video by another inmate, they both had sex “a few times”, including in an office and in the cell. Linda used to bring food from outside restaurants, such as Nando’s and Chinese food, to the inmates.
Weirich explained that he received any form of attention in that situation. The Brit’s partner, identified as Emilia Juckes, was pregnant with his child when the episode occurred. The couple had a 15-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
Arrependimento and repercussions
“People called me a legend, but the effect it had was terrible. Causou did a lot of damage to my partner, my family and myself”, said Weirich. Ele stated that he did not want the video to be recorded and that he tried to say “stop” during the episode, raising his hand. Weirich discarded the cell phone by throwing it in a toilet after discovering the spread of the video.
The Brit reported that, hours after the video went viral, he started receiving messages about the episode. Outro, identified as Sharkie, was the one who recorded and allegedly shared the material on WhatsApp. Weirich is not sure why the recording was made, speculating that it may have been to provoke laughter.

Emilia Juckes gave birth in September 2024, and over time, she forgave the betrayal and took Weirich back. Ele was released this year before completing his full sentence. Seu son is now 1 year and 7 months old.
In a later episode during a prison visit, when Weirich was holding the baby on his lap for the first time, another inmate brutally attacked him. The Brit suffered serious injuries to his face and had to have a metal plate fitted, with his jaw immobilized with wires. Apesar of the incident, his son was not injured.
“It was part of the domino effect of what happened,” Weirich said of the assault. Linda from Sousa Abreu also stated that she was sorry about what happened. Weirich has a criminal record for assault and drug trafficking, in addition to the robbery crime that resulted in his conviction.
