The United States government has established a new Scientific Advisory Board for Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), marking a significant change in approach to the topic. The need for more robust scientific investigation has been reinforced by the recently released third batch of UAP files declassified by the US government. Among the documents, an AARO report, dated June 5, 2026, and signed by Dr. Jon Kosloski, director of the office, describes intriguing phenomena. The document mentions observations of an orange “mother orb” launching smaller red orbs, noticed by law enforcement officials in October 2023. The report points out that around 40% of recorded phenomena remain without reasonable explanation, reinforcing the urgency of the research.
