The Xbox Game Pass service is preparing to remove eight more games from its catalog by the end of this month. The information, which was displayed in the “Leaving soon” section of the platform’s official app, indicates that popular titles such as Celeste, Crusader Kings 3 and Sniper Elite: Resistance will be removed on July 31st.
This new wave of exclusions marks the end of a period of intense transformation in the subscription service library. Another eleven games had already been removed on July 15, bringing the number of productions removed during this month alone to a total of nineteen.
The complete list of titles that will leave Game Pass in this second fortnight has been widely released. Platform subscribers have until the last day of the month to finish their campaigns or enjoy games before they are discontinued from consoles, PC and cloud gaming.

Before the games are effectively removed, service members can still take advantage of an advantage: the possibility of purchasing the titles with up to 20% discount. This purchase guarantees continued access to the games even after they are removed from the catalog, as long as the desired version is available for purchase on the Microsoft Store.
Microsoft adopts a Game Pass update pattern that occurs in two monthly stages, alternating between the addition of new productions and the removal of others from the catalog. This model ensures constant library renewal, while establishing a limited period for users to enjoy certain games.
Despite the significant volume of dismissals, the service still has launches scheduled for this month. The main one is Halo: Campaign Evolved, which is scheduled to arrive on July 28th, promising new experiences to subscribers.
