Gamers with GeForce RTX graphics cards are in for a week full of news with the launch of “Halo: Campaign Evolved” and its support for DLSS technologies. NVIDIA, on July 30, 2026, announced the arrival of the title with significant improvements, in addition to a new GeForce Game Ready Driver optimized for the main releases and betas of the week. This initiative aims to provide better performance and visual quality from the first day of play.

The impact of DLSS technology on gameplay

NVIDIA’s DLSS technology is a crucial innovation for graphics performance in games, offering different aspects such as Super Resolution and Frame Generation. While Super Resolution uses artificial intelligence to render low-resolution images and upscale them to high quality, Frame Generation creates additional frames to significantly increase the frames per second (FPS) rate. These features, combined with NVIDIA Reflex, which reduces system latency, provide a more fluid and responsive gaming experience, especially in demanding titles like “Halo: Campaign Evolved.”

New driver improves performance for important releases

The new GeForce Game Ready Driver, made available by NVIDIA, was designed to ensure the best possible experience in various games from the day of its launch. This driver provides specific optimizations for “Halo: Campaign Evolved”, “Mistfall Hunter” and the multiplayer beta of “Gears of War: E-Day”. In addition to the technical improvements, the company is also offering a three-month Discord Nitro subscription to GeForce Rewards members for a limited time, adding an extra benefit to the gaming community.

Launches with RTX and DLSS technology this week

Several titles hit the market with support for advanced NVIDIA technologies, promising impressive graphics and optimized gameplay for GeForce RTX users.

  • Halo: Campaign Evolved:After its early access period, the game was officially released with support for DLSS Super Resolution, Frame Generation and NVIDIA Reflex. Gamers with GeForce RTX can also upgrade to DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation, taking advantage of the latest Super Resolution model.

Gears of War: E-Day multiplayer beta with GeForce optimizations

Ahead of its full release on October 6, “Gears of War: E-Day” will offer a Multiplayer Open Beta starting August 6 for players who have pre-ordered or are PC Game Pass subscribers. This beta will already support DLSS Super Resolution and NVIDIA Reflex. The final version of the game will feature the full suite of DLSS 4.5 technologies, promising a visually rich and responsive experience.
