INSS retirement for those over 40 years old
Retirement through the INSS for those over 40 years old “The 40+ generation will experience a period of very few benefits granted and the focus has to be on supplementary or private pensions. Pension Planning will have to be more detailed and address the taxpayer’s financial life far beyond pure pensions”, explains lawyer Hilário Bocchi Junior, pension specialist at the firm Bocchi Advogados Associados.
I started in the previous contents to reflect on a study on a new series called RETIREMENT BY GENERATIONS addressing retirement for several generations and I suggest you read the article For Those Over 60 years old, which deals with the Miracle ofRetirement.
Then, in another article, I addressed Retirement for Those Over 50 years old.
I invite you to read and find out about these two subjects.
This study that I carried out at the Firm where I work analyzed the professional profile of three generations, the benefits that are further away, closer and those that are happening, as well as what is the focus of pension planning so as not to lose rights.

Just my turn
The “Just in my turn” group stayed away from almost all programmable social security benefits, with rare exceptions for those people (mainly women) who carry out some type of special activity that can convert service time.
Many taxpayers will have to plan a private, individual pension, which should not be confused with a private pension, which will be discredited when it starts to “not deliver what it promised”: an alternative retirement.

40+ (the pension vacuum)
Private or supplementary pensions have even changed the discourse: succession, financial and tax planning (progressive or regressive), tax benefits, but at least they deliver what they sell. If well planned, it may be worth having one or two (VGBL and PGBL) depending on the income tax declaration (full or simplified).
This way, pension planning will be more financial than necessarilypension, but with a fine focus on the security issue (insurance).
