Although Max Verstappen’s agent has publicly confirmed that the Dutchman will fulfill his contract with Red Bull until 2028, the belief of a move to another team persists. Contrary to some speculation, journalist Ted Kravitz, from “Sky Sports F1”, suggests that the driver should remain at Red Bull at least until next season.
According to the reporter’s analysis, staying at Red Bull is the most likely outcome for Verstappen. The Dutch driver’s contract would include a clause that would allow him to leave the team during the Formula 1 summer break. According to the journalist, Toto Wolff’s team shows growing satisfaction with Kimi Antonelli, current leader of the championship, and considers George Russell a “good companion” for the young Italian. This strengthens the Briton’s permanence and reduces the space for Verstappen in the German team.
