Mitsubishi starts manufacturing 1,000 humanoid robots per month in decommissioned engine line
Mitsubishi, a renowned Japanese automaker, will begin mass production of humanoid robots equipped with artificial intelligence at its factory located in Kyoto, Japan. The initiative marks a significant advance in the country’s industrial automation sector.
These robots, developed by the startup Highlanders Inc., based in Tokyo, will be assembled in an engine production line that was deactivated, and will now be reused for this new purpose.
