On August 10, 2026, information about the complete technical data sheet of the Galaxy S26 FE was released, anticipating the launch scheduled for the beginning of September. The model, part of Samsung’s Fan Edition line, maintains the approach of using a previous generation processor, integrated into a design that accompanies the Galaxy S26 series.

The new device features a redesigned body, with a thickness of just 7.4 millimeters and a weight of 193 grams. It will come with IP68 certification, guaranteeing protection against immersion in water and dust, and will be available in three shades: Graphite (dark gray), Pistachio (light green) and Blueberry (light blue).

The 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen stands out on the front of the device, featuring Full HD+ resolution (2340 x 1080 pixels) and an adjustable refresh frequency of up to 120 Hz. The panel reaches a standard brightness of 1,200 nits, with the ability to reach 1,900 nits in times of greatest need, ensuring good viewing even in strong sunlight.

In terms of hardware, Samsung opted for the Exynos 2500 platform, a deca-core chipset that reaches up to 3.3 GHz and which had already been launched in the Galaxy Z Flip 7. This chip is complemented by 8 GB of RAM, accompanied by internal storage options of 128 GB or 256 GB, with no possibility of expansion via microSD card.

The smartphone will hit the market with the Android 17 operating system and Samsung’s One UI custom interface. For connectivity, the device includes Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC for contactless transactions. It also supports two physical nano-SIM cards and up to two eSIMs.

The rear camera system maintains the triple configuration present in similar models. The main camera is 50 MP with f/1.8 aperture and hardware-assisted optical image stabilization (OIS). It is accompanied by a 12 MP ultrawide lens (f/2.2) and an 8 MP telephoto lens (f/2.4) with 3x optical zoom capability.

For selfies and video calls, the device has a 12 MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture, without autofocus. As for video recording, the main module allows you to record images in 8K resolution at 30 frames per second or in 4K at 60 frames per second.

The 4,900 mAh battery ensures the device’s autonomy, possibly using silicon-carbon technology to optimize space. It supports fast charging of up to 45W and offers an estimated up to 50 hours of typical use. According to the EPREL standard, the battery life is designed for 1,200 charge cycles, a standard already seen in the brand’s most recent foldable models.

Previous data suggests that Samsung may set a price of €799 in Europe, equivalent to approximately R$4,700. The official presentation of the Galaxy S26 FE is expected in early September.
