On August 12, 2026, Google officially unveiled the latest lineup of high-end phones, including the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL and the foldable Pixel 11 Pro Fold. Created to compete in the luxury segment, this series features the exclusive Tensor G6 chip and Actua and Super Actua OLED screens, which reach a maximum brightness of 3,600 nits.

A new feature in the hardware of the Pro and Fold models is HiLight, an LED feature located on the back that serves for visual notifications. All devices in the family launch with Android 17 and come with the promise of seven years of guaranteed operating system and security updates, a notable commitment in the smartphone market.

Sleek new design and commitment to sustainability

The Pixel 11 model sports a polished Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 glass finish on both the front and back, complemented by an aerospace-grade aluminum frame with a satin texture. The Pixel 11 Pro and Pro XL models use the Victus 2 with a silky matte finish on the back, combined with polished aluminum, and a matte frame in the Obsidian shade. In terms of size, the Pixel 11 and Pro are 152.4 x 71.1 x 7.6mm and weigh 197g and 204g respectively, while the Pro XL is 162.5 x 76.2 x 7.6mm and weighs 226g.

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold, foldable version, has an external screen protected by high-resistance ceramic glass, a matte composite back and a satin aluminum body. Its hinge is made of alloy steel and the cover is made of aerospace aluminum. When closed, its dimensions are 154.9 x 76.2 x 10.1 mm; When opened, it measures 154.9 x 149.8 x 5.1 mm (not considering the camera area) and weighs 239 g.

The entire Pixel 11 series includes IP68 certification, guaranteeing water and dust resistance according to the IEC 60529 standard, as well as a coating that prevents fingerprints. The manufacturing demonstrates a strong appeal to sustainability, using 100% recycled aluminum in the housing, fully recycled cobalt and lithium in the battery, as well as rare earths in the magnets, recycled tungsten and copper in the haptic motor. The tin solder and gold/copper plating on the main board are also recycled. The packaging, in turn, is entirely plastic-free.

As for color options, the Pixel 11 is sold in Frost, Pistachio, Hibiscus and Obsidian shades. The Pro and Pro XL models are available in Canyon, Olive, Fog and Obsidian (with a matte finish). The Pixel 11 Pro Fold, in turn, can be found in Olive and Obsidian colors.

Visual experience with bright Actua and Super Actua displays

This panel displays up to 2,000 nits of brightness in HDR and a peak of 3,000 nits, with an impressive contrast ratio above 2,000,000:1 and 24-bit color depth.

The Pixel 11 Pro and Pro XL models are equipped with Super Actua screens, which use adaptive LTPO OLED panels from 1 Hz to 120 Hz, protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 with a scratch-resistant layer. The Pixel 11 Pro features a 6.3-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 2856 pixels (495 PPI), while the Pro XL offers 6.8 inches with 1344 x 2992 pixels (486 PPI). Both support HDR, reaching 2,400 nits of brightness in HDR and a peak of 3,600 nits.

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold stands out for its two screens, both with a refresh rate of 1 Hz to 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 3,600 nits (2,400 nits in HDR). The Super Actua external screen is 6.5 inches (19.5:9 aspect ratio), has a resolution of 1080 x 2342 pixels (399 PPI) and is protected by highly durable ceramic glass. The flexible internal Super Actua Flex screen is 8.0 inches, has a resolution of 2076 x 2152 pixels (372 PPI), contrast of 1,500,000:1 and Ultra Thin Glass (UTG) protection.
