Tainá Militão reassures fans after tremor in Spain and reports little perception in Madrid
A sudden seismic activity that occurred in the early hours of August 15th generated concern among the inhabitants of Spain. An intensity 5 earthquake was identified in the southern region of the country, and the information spread quickly on digital platforms. Digital influencer Tainá Militão, who recently settled in the Spanish capital to live with her husband, Éder Militão, brought calm to her followers by sharing how she experienced the event.
The earthquake had its epicenter located near Granada, being recorded at around 1 am. The influencer explained that, despite living hundreds of kilometers from the starting point of the tremor, the magnitude of the earthquake allowed its effects to be noticed in several regions of Spain. She demonstrated her understanding of the topic, describing how the earthquake manifested itself in Madrid, her current city.
The Brazilian stated: “The tremor was more superficial, but seismic waves managed to travel a very long distance and there were people who reported having felt them up here. What arrived here were the vibrations that were very, very, very weak, and probably most people didn’t even notice.”
