MotoGP returns to Brasil after 22 years with Grande Prêmio in Goiânia. The Estrella Galicia 0.0 Grand Prix of Brazil stage takes place between March 20 and 22, 2026 at Autódromo Internacional Ayrton Senna. The 3,835 meter circuit, with 14 curves, mixes fast straights and technical sectors that demand braking precision and stability. The race marks the second stage of the 2026 season and represents an unprecedented challenge for most current drivers.
The event brings together the MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 categories, with a complete schedule of training, classifications, sprints and races. The race track, opened in 1974 and named in honor of Ayrton Senna, underwent modernization to meet the category’s standards. MotoGP’s last presence in the country took place in 2004, at Rio of Janeiro, and at Goiânia the competition took place between 1987 and 1989.
