Billion project led by Neymar’s father unites sports arena and luxury hotel in Santos

The coast of São Paulo is going through a decisive moment of economic and tourist transformation with the consolidation of a large project in Baixada Santista. The initiative, valued at R$1 billion, has as its central objective the creation of a multi-use complex that integrates entertainment, sports and high-end hotels, promising to reconfigure the region’s dynamics and attract visitors from across the country.

At the head of this ambitious project is Neymar from Silva Santos, father of player Neymar Jr., who leads the negotiations and structuring of the business. The proposal aims not only to modernize local infrastructure, but also to generate a virtuous cycle of development, with the creation of thousands of jobs and the strengthening of commerce and services in neighboring cities.

Modern structure and expanded capacity

Strategically located on the banks of Rodovia Anchieta to facilitate access to the capital, the complex will feature an arena with capacity for 45 thousand spectators. For Santos Futebol Clube, the completion of this complex represents a unique opportunity for financial and sporting leverage. Projections indicate that the new arena will allow the club to triple its annual box office revenue, jumping from a level of R$20 million to around R$60 million, thanks to the greater audience capacity and the modernity of the facilities.
