The unprecedented project abandons the series’ traditional linear design to adopt a format of continuous and expansive exploration. The protagonist of the new narrative will be one of the most well-known characters to the public, who returns to the center of the plot after years of absence.

The story will take place on an island located in Sudeste Asiático, an environment described as hostile and full of biological secrets. The premise places the government agent in an unknown scenario, where the lack of obvious escape routes increases the tension of daily survival.

For the first time in the main franchise, locomotion will include the use of land and water vehicles to cover large distances.
