The measure aims to protect the development of minors exposed on the internet for profit.

The agreement defines artistic child labor as the production of content before the legal minimum age with artistic or advertising intent. Proactive identification and verification measures

Meta will adopt processes to detect profiles with prominent children or teenagers. Contas with large reach and recent activity will receive priority in analysis. Verificações will occur in May and November of each year. Ministério Público may report suspicious profiles to speed up analysis.

Without presenting the court license, the platform will block the account in Brazilian territory. The 10-day blocking period begins after the end of the 20 days granted to those responsible. The measure applies to profiles identified as irregular during checks.
