Huawei presented Pura X Max this Monday. The new foldable smartphone stands out for its wide screen format, with an approximate 3:2 aspect ratio. Esse design resembles the size of an A4 sheet or a digital passport.
The brand positions the device as an option for tasks that require more visual space. Ele should compete with future models from Samsung and Apple, which are preparing foldables with similar characteristics for the second half of the year.
Tela internal and external prioritize width
The main internal screen measures 7.7 inches. Ela features a resolution of 2,584 x 1,828 pixels, an OLED panel and a variable refresh rate between 1 Hz and 120 Hz.
Brightness peaks at 3,000 nits. Ring sampling reaches 240 Hz. Já the external screen is 5.4 inches, has a resolution of 1,848 x 1,264 pixels and a maximum brightness of 3,500 nits. Ring sampling here reaches 300 Hz.

Opções include 12GB or 16GB RAM. Internal storage starts at 256 GB, goes up to 512 GB and reaches 1 TB in the collector’s version.

The main camera has a 50 MP sensor with RYYB technology. The aperture varies between f/1.4 and f/4.0, which allows adjustments in different light conditions.
