A 23-year-old man, engaged to the aunt of a 12-year-old girl, was arrested on suspicion of rape of a vulnerable person in São José of Pinhais, in Região Metropolitana of Curitiba. The child’s mother emphasizes that it is unacceptable for her daughter to feel coerced and deprived of her freedom and safety, especially with the aggressor’s proximity.
