The OnePlus Nord 6 completed a continuous three-hour session playing demanding titles and maintained 61% battery charge. Partindo of 96%, the device lost only 35 percentage points under maximum processing pressure. The result demonstrates that the 9,000 mAh capacity, combined with software optimization, offers solid autonomy even in extreme usage scenarios.

Parâmetros Technicians and Test Setup

The test followed methodological rigor to ensure reliable and reproducible results. The battery started at 96% and the screen brightness was fixed at 70% without automatic adjustment throughout the session. Bluetooth and Serviços of Localização remained disabled to avoid additional consumption. The ambient temperature was controlled at 28°C, simulating typical indoor use conditions.

  • Bateria started at 96% load
  • Brilho fixed at 70% without auto-ranging
  • Bluetooth and Serviços of Localização disabled
  • Temperatura environment maintained at 28°C
  • Aferições battery every 15 minutes
  • Medições thermals with infrared thermometer every 45 minutes
  • Software updated before each test session

Quatro games with different requirement profiles were selected. Genshin Impact ran at maximum settings with 60 fps. Hitman: Absolution was run in Desempenho mode at 60 fps. Tomb Raider was limited to 40 fps also in Desempenho. Call of Duty: Mobile used its competitive default settings. Essa variety made it possible to evaluate how the device behaves under different types of procedural and graphical load.

Genshin Impact reveals surprising efficiency

The first 45-minute session with Genshin Impact consumed just 10% of the battery, an impressive result for a game with a continuous open world. The title requires constant transmission of textures and lighting in real time, without loading screens between areas, but the OnePlus Nord 6 maintained stable gameplay without noticeable stutters. The rear panel reached 39.9°C while the screen stabilized at 39.6°C, indicating controlled heating despite intense processing.

Hitman Absolution exposes thermal limits

The second session with Hitman: Absolution revealed weak points of the device. The game caused noticeable crashes and stuttering during cinematic sequences and stealth mechanics. The rear panel reached 44.5°C, a high temperature for prolonged handling, while the screen reached 42.8°C. Apesar due to intense heating, battery consumption was only 12% in 45 minutes, leaving the device at 74% charge. The test reached a critical point, questioning whether the autonomy would last until the end without forced shutdown or reduction in performance.

Tomb Raider and Call of Duty bring recovery

In the third round, Tomb Raider restored balance to the test. The gameplay was once again fluid and responsive without noticeable lag, consuming only 8% of battery in 45 minutes. Temperatures dropped significantly: 38.7°C on the rear panel and 36°C on the screen, a reduction of approximately 6°C compared to the previous peak. Call of Duty: Mobile was the most economical game in the entire test, consuming just 5% battery in 45 minutes of consecutive games. Temperatures continued to fall, stabilizing at 36.3°C on the rear panel and 36.4°C on the screen.

Análise ultimate 9,000 mAh battery

The total consumption of 35% in three hours of heavy gaming positions the OnePlus Nord 6 advantageously compared to direct competitors. Temperature peaks above 40°C during Hitman suggest that the device prioritizes performance over thermal management in specific situations, but this did not harm overall autonomy. Software optimization allows the battery to not deplete quickly even under sustained maximum load, maintaining 61% charge at the end of the extreme test.

Casual Cenários with less demanding applications will produce significantly greater autonomy, as gaming represents the most adverse scenario for any smartphone battery. With 61% remaining after three hours of extreme testing, the device is capable of maintaining a full day of mixed use without the need for recharging, consolidating the 9,000 mAh battery as a real differentiator in the segment.
