Petrobras subsidiary resumes competition with 126 vacancies and announces new dates

The contest by Ansa, a subsidiary of Petrobras, officially resumed this Monday, May 25th, after a partial suspension declared at the beginning of the month. The notice was published on Diário Oficial’s União providing the schedule for the next steps and reopening deadlines for appeals. The decision comes after a judicial statement involving the selection process that offers 126 immediate vacancies plus reserve registration for different levels.

The strike had only affected Engenharia specialties by determination of the 22nd Vara Federal of Rio of Janeiro. Agora, with the resumption, Cebraspe confirmed the dates of the next procedures for areas that do not involve Engenharia emphases. The notice also reopens the deadline for appeals and invites candidates for new hetero-identification procedures.

Cronograma of the next selection steps

The selection process follows a defined calendar that covers provisional results from different phases until the final publication of the objective tests. The dates were structured to ensure that all additional procedures are completed before final approval.

• May 26th and 27th— reopening of the deadline for appeals of test questions, preliminary answer sheets and answer pattern for the discursive test
• June 10— provisional result of the complementary procedure to self-declaration for black candidates; provisional result of documentary verification for indigenous and quilombola candidates; provisional result of documentary analysis to characterize disability
• June 18— final result of objective tests; provisional result of the discursive test

Resources previously sent will remain valid and will be considered by the panel. Ressalte The dates stated do not include the specialties of Engenharia, which remain outside the current schedule. The competition tests were administered on April 26 in the cities of Curitiba, Londrina, Guarapuava and Cascavel, all in Paraná, covering both objective and discursive tests.

Razões from initial suspend and resume

At the beginning of May, Ansa had announced the partial suspension to comply with a court decision pending in the 22nd Vara Federal of Rio of Janeiro. The strike affected seven specific areas linked to Engenharia: Ambiental, Equipamentos — Elétrica, Equipamentos — Mecânica, Processamento, Produção, Segurança, Processos and Segurança Trabalho. The reason for the action had not been disclosed due to the confidentiality of the case files.

With the resumption published in Diário Oficial of União this Monday, the subsidiary managed to advance in the stages of the competition. The judicial manifestation was resolved, allowing the schedule to proceed to the hetero-identification, documentary verification and disability analysis phases.

Vagas and Ansa contest remuneration

The Araucária Nitrogenados competition offers 126 immediate vacancies with the possibility of reserve registration for positions at medium, technical and higher levels. Hiring will take place under the Consolidação of Leis of Trabalho (CLT) regime, with placement in the city of Araucária, in Paraná, where the company’s unit is located. Starting salaries vary depending on the level of education required for each position.

The company is one of the largest nitrogen producers in Brasil and maintains its operations concentrated in the Paraná state. The vacancies cover different specialties, with the exception of the Engenharia positions, which remain under specific judicial analysis.
