Forbes lists 22 celebrity billionaires in 2026; Spielberg, Swift and Jay-Z lead the ranking

Forbes magazine released the ranking of the richest celebrities in the world in 2026, identifying 22 personalities including athletes and artists with a combined net worth of US$48.1 billion, equivalent to R$241.5 billion. Compared to 2025, the number of names grew from 18 to 22, while the accumulated fortune jumped from US$39 billion (R$195.8 billion) to the current level. Steven Spielberg tops the list with $7.1 billion, followed by George Lucas with $5.2 billion and Michael Jordan with $4.3 billion.

Quatro new entries mark the 2026 edition: Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, Roger Federer, Dr. Dre and James Cameron have achieved billionaire status.
