Rockstar Games announces full pre-order details for GTA 6 with Ultimate edition and special bonuses
Rockstar Games has released complete pre-order information for Grand Theft Auto VI. The reveal includes the various exclusive items and content that will be available in both advance purchase and the Ultimate Edition.
The developer finally brought to the public the details of the different versions of Grand Theft Auto VI, as well as incentives for those who purchase the title before the official launch. Interested parties will be able to start purchasing at midnight on June 25th, following the time zone of each location, with the game scheduled to arrive on November 19th for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
In addition to the traditional version, fans will have the option of the Ultimate Edition, which promises a range of special items integrated into the journey of protagonists Jason and Lucia. For those who secure any of the editions before November 20th, the Vice City Vintage Pack will be awarded at no additional cost, a nostalgic tribute to the history of the series. Considering that the game will have a price above the market average, according to previous news, these bonuses aim to justify players’ initial investment.
Pre-order bonuses include nostalgic items from the Vice City Vintage Pack

The Vice City Vintage Pack will be delivered to all users who choose to pre-order or purchase GTA 6 in advance. This special set was developed to celebrate the iconic phase of the saga’s best-known fictional metropolis.
Inside the package is the classic ’55 Vapid Stanier sedan, which players will be able to store in a private garage. This property, located near the beaches of Ocean Beach, also offers an arsenal and a compartment to store illicit goods before they are sold.
In addition to the car, Jason and Lucia will gain clothing and hairstyles that recall the vibrant fashion of the 1980s. The kit also incorporates a tropical pattern for different weapons, directly evoking the striking image of Tommy Vercetti in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
Ultimate version features exclusive ’95 Grotti Cheetah sports vehicle
The Ultimate Edition’s most significant bonus is the ’95 Grotti Cheetah, a sports vehicle that takes inspiration from the iconic automobile designs of the 1990s. This car will have a unique paint job and will be unlocked in later stages of the main narrative.
Another innovation are the Hawk & Little Morgan revolvers, customized for Jason and Lucia. These weapons feature distinctive engravings, elements that pay homage to the Vercetti Mansion, and an advanced performance scope.
This special edition also includes customized versions of the Girardi ES9 and Klose K17 pistols. Each of the main characters will have access to a customized weapon with unique inscriptions throughout their journey in the game.
Customization options with clothes, tattoos and new establishments
Those who choose the Ultimate Edition will enjoy an unprecedented variety of cosmetic items for the protagonists. This includes unique outfits, unique tattoos, hairstyles, makeup and accessories that capture the essence of Vice City.
Certain commercial locations will also be restricted to this version, such as Sara’s Unisex Salon, the Stock 305 clothing store and the Electric Fang Tattoo studio. Each of these spaces will provide extra customization options for Jason and Lucia.
Rockstar also announced a private clothing collection inspired by Macca the Gator, a fictional figure from a famous television show in Leonida’s universe. This addition increases the visual possibilities during the campaign.
New exploration options with additional unique vehicles
The Ultimate Edition also offers several extra vehicles distributed throughout the game’s setting. Among them, the Dinka Enduro motorcycle, the Crest Kayak kayak and the Shitzu Squalo vessel stand out, the latter adapted for maritime exploration and equipped with weapons.
Another notable item is the ’67 Vapid Dominator Buggy, a car designed for traveling trails and more isolated areas of Leonida. This model will be stored in a private garage located in Watson Bay.
Users will also have the chance to customize vehicles at specialized workshops such as Rideout Customs and One-Eyed Willie’s. Both garages will offer components, custom interiors and advanced modification alternatives that will not be present in the standard edition.
New activities and missions to expand the campaign experience
In addition to the visual elements and automobiles, the Ultimate Edition introduces additional content that directly connects to the progression of the plot. Rockstar guarantees that these bonuses will be integrated into various chapters of the Jason and Lucia saga.
Among the innovations, the exclusive Classic Car Collection mission stands out, where players are challenged to locate and restore abandoned classic vehicles for an enthusiast in the region. This activity promises to take participants to explore different areas of the state of Leonida.
Another possibility is the invasion of the PTT Youngin$ gang compound with the aim of obtaining contraband and unusual objects. According to the producer, these tasks enrich the main campaign and grant unique prizes to holders of the Ultimate Edition.
Pre-loading released one week before official launch
Users who purchase the digital version of the game will have the opportunity to start pre-loading from November 12th. This way, all content will be ready to be accessed when Grand Theft Auto VI is officially available on November 19th.
In turn, the disc edition will hit stores on the same release date and will include a download code in the packaging. This feature will allow buyers to also pre-load before the official premiere of the highly anticipated new episode of the franchise.
