Corinthians begins preparation for the second semester at CT Joaquim Grava with the absence of Memphis Depay and André Carrillo
The Corinthians squad performed again this Thursday morning, at 9 am (Brasília time), at the Joaquim Grava Training Center, ending a 25-day rest period. The team resumes work aiming for the next challenges of the season.
Two absences were noted when the group returned: players André Carrillo and Memphis Depay.
Midfielder André Carrillo, who was representing the Peru national team in friendly matches in June, has his return to the club scheduled for next Monday, the 29th. Striker Memphis Depay remains available for the Netherlands national team, which is currently competing in the World Cup.

The last match played by the team led by Fernando Diniz took place on May 30, resulting in a 3-1 victory over Grêmio, in Porto Alegre, in a match valid for the Brazilian Championship. After the end of the match in the capital of Rio Grande do Sul, the athletes were released for vacation.

The team faces Conmebol Libertadores, the Copa do Brasil and the Brazilian Championship, facing a scenario of high sporting demands amid financial challenges that add a layer of pressure to the return.
The team will have a period of 17 days until their next commitment, a friendly scheduled against Cascavel, away from home, for July 12th. The official return to the pitch is scheduled for July 23, when Corinthians faces Remo at Neo Química Arena, also for the Brazilian Championship.
