Diddy sued for alleged sexual assault of child actor at party in 2007

Renowned rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, currently in custody, faces serious new charges. He is accused of allegedly sexually abusing a child actress, exceeding “the limits of decency”, as detailed in a recent lawsuit.

The complaint was filed in California by a former child actor, whose identity has been withheld. He claims that Combs molested him during a business meeting in the Hollywood Hills in 2007, according to reports.

Details of explosive lawsuit over alleged assault

According to court records, there are allegations that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs took the then-child actor to an isolated room at a 2007 event.

The lawsuit describes Combs’ conduct as “outrageous” and “intentionally designed to terrorize him and cause him emotional distress.” The document also points out that the aggression was “so extreme that it exceeded the limits of decency and is considered intolerable by civilized society.”

According to the complaint, the former child actor was taken by Combs to a private room at the event, under the pretext of discussing “potential professional opportunities.”

After drinking a drink offered by Combs, the actor reported beginning to “feel the effects”, at which point the mogul allegedly began touching him that left him deeply uncomfortable.

The lawsuit details that “defendant Combs then pulled down plaintiff’s pants and underwear and began groping her genitals while simultaneously touching himself. Defendant Combs then performed oral sex on the underage plaintiff while continuing to touch himself.”

However, Combs denies the shocking allegations made.
