Couple arrested after having sex in condominium pool in Texas

A 32-year-old woman and a 75-year-old man were arrested after being caught performing a “noisy” sexual act in the swimming pool of a residential condominium in the city of Waco, Texas, United States. The incident occurred at around 5pm on July 26, 2026, causing consternation among those present. The situation gained repercussion due to the nature of the act and the public place where it occurred.

Residents of the Central Texas Marketplace condominium called the police, expressing outrage at the scene, which was taking place openly in front of children. Upon arriving at the scene, the agents found Emilie Parma, 32, on top of Douglas Faith, 75, without the two showing concern for the other people around them.

Initially, Douglas denied involvement in a sexual relationship with Emilie, stating that he “has a penile implant”. However, after questioning, he admitted that there was sexual contact between the two in the pool.

After the events, Emilie Parma and Douglas Faith were arrested on charges of indecent exposure. Both were later released after paying bail. In addition to the main charge, Douglas also received a charge for possession of marijuana, as reported by local authorities.
