Carlos Cesare, Pablo from ‘What’s the Music’, dies at age 60 from heart failure

The Brazilian artistic scene mourns the loss of Carlos José Cesare, the actor who immortalized the character Pablo in the classic program “Qual É a Música?”, presented by Silvio Santos. The artist passed away at the age of 60 in São José dos Campos, in the interior of São Paulo, on August 16th.

On August 18, the actor’s family released the official cause that led to his death. In a note issued, it was clarified that Carlos José Cesare’s death occurred due to pulmonary congestion and edema, in addition to heart failure.

Doctors indicated that the death probably occurred while the actor was sleeping, which took many by surprise, given the lack of prior information about health problems.
