Honor Magic9 lineup introduces dual 200MP sensors on Pro Max
A hands-on video published on Weibo on 10 September 2026 revealed the Honor Magic9 Pro Max in Moss Green, showcasing a redesigned full-width rectangular camera housing ahead of the official product series launch scheduled for late September. The flagship leads a lineup that also features the standard Honor Magic9 and the Honor Magic9 Pro.
Camera assembly pairs dual 200MP sensors with ARRI optics
Rear engravings identify a primary 200MP 1/1.28-inch sensor with an f/1.57 aperture and optical stabilization correcting up to 3 degrees of deflection.

The unboxing clip highlights the departure from the circular camera housing used on the previous Magic8 generation. The video surfaced on Weibo. On the front, the display incorporates an elongated pill cutout housing the selfie camera alongside a 3D depth scanner for facial recognition and a square Android sensor.
Chassis updates add thin bezels and a dedicated intelligence key
The panel features 1mm borders alongside balanced 1216 speaker grilles located on the top and bottom edges of the frame. Engineers also placed a physical button for artificial intelligence functions on the right side.
