Xbox Game Pass adds Warhammer Survivors, Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School and Thronefall to its catalog in November. On November 15, 13 games leave the service, and eight Xbox titles join Game Pass Essential.

Microsoft announced the first November wave on November 3, 2026, in an official post. The list covers releases from November 3 to 17 for cloud gaming, Xbox Series X|S, portable devices and PC. Microsoft also confirmed that John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando, which was not in the announced list, arrives on November 12 for Ultimate, Premium and PC Game Pass.

Warhammer Survivors arrives November 10 for Ultimate and PC Game Pass

Warhammer Survivors arrives on Tuesday, November 10, with day-one availability for Ultimate and PC Game Pass members. It is a bullet heaven game, officially licensed by Warhammer, developed by Auroch Digital in partnership with poncle, the studio behind Vampire Survivors. Players fire waves of bullets, blades and magic, and face champions and enemy factions from the Warhammer universe, all drawn in animated pixel art.

The game was announced in May at Warhammer Skulls, according to an analysis published in November 2026. A report from October had already listed November 10 as its day-one launch, before the official announcement. Players who do not subscribe to Game Pass can buy the game for US$7.99, a price that other sources also reported.

Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School opens on Thursday, November 5

Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School is available from launch for Ultimate and PC Game Pass members. Microsoft describes it as the first open-world escape room game. The game supports online and local cooperative play for two players, on cloud, Xbox Series X|S, portable devices and PC.

Thronefall reaches cloud, consoles and PC on Wednesday, November 11

Thronefall arrives on Game Pass for Ultimate, Premium and PC Game Pass members. The minimalist strategy game asks players to build a modest kingdom by day and defend it at night, reinforcing walls, recruiting troops and joining the battle in person. The studio Mythwright confirmed the arrival of the game on Xbox and Game Pass.

The game has been on PC since 2024 and costs US$12.99 on Steam, according to one report. Its paid expansion, Craaghelm, is released on the same day as DLC and is not part of Game Pass, the same report says.

Some terms need explanation. Games marked as “portable” are optimized for portable devices. Football Manager 27 is not in the Brazilian Game Pass catalog, because the game is not officially available in Brazil. No price in reais was found for the Brazilian market.

Whether Escape Academy 2 and Warhammer Survivors will be included in Premium has not been confirmed by Microsoft’s official page. That information comes from a single analysis of plans. The first wave ends on Tuesday, November 17, and the next catalog change takes effect on November 15.
